Well. Where to start...
Ok, so last update, I had my Jap Guy coming around, who's name just happens to be Hiro, who is taller than me (pretty impressive for a Japanese guy, he must be at least 6 foot). He was here for like a week.
Longer would have been cool, but hey, he had the rest of the country to see.
So I guess I just floated for the rest of the year, because I don't remember shit.
So let's get a start on 2005, the important year (why it's important, I'm not too sure). So it all started in January, which was probably hot, knowing the weather at that time of the year. School started in late January, what more could you want - 35 degree days spent in un-airconditioned rooms at school!
So, I started VCE this year, and as Australians will know, its the final thingo for high school edumacation, so they start putting the pressure on.
Ironically, due to the fact that I could drop all the shit subjects like history, I have managed to coast through the first semester relatively unscathed.
But I'm kinda regretting not doing studio arts, business management (my filler subject) sucks balls. But then again studio arts sounds like a lot of work and homework and study and... stuff. Which of course I try to minimise.
Oh yeah, back to March. I left for Japan! This, no doubt, was the second half of my exchange program that I mentioned last year.
Japan was absolutely fucking awesome. I'm already saving to go again. We went to Kyoto, Hiroshima, Tokyo, all the usual, but one place kinda stuck in my mind. Takayama. That place is the bomb. We stayed in a buddhist temple, and it snowed there. It was farking cold, but man was it cool (oh ha ha, not that kind of cool dipshit). The library doubled as a video rental place, except you could watch the movies there, and they had internet and it was just awesome. They also had a place where I could access my Australian bank account and stuff, and the place generally rocked. Pity we only spent two nights there.
Ahhh ok enough about Japan otherwise I'm going to be here for ages.
So what happened after that... nothing I suppose.
I went back to work at my shitty job at blockbusters, and settled back into the daily grind. But I did come out of Japan with a camera, which I have used to take pictures, funnily enough.
